Meet The Team
Dr. Paul W. Bozzo
Dentist
I am a Texas boy all the way. I was born and raised in San Antonio, then went to Dental School there at the UT branch in the Medical Center. After that, I did leave Texas for a short while to attend my residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, but I got back to Texas as soon as I could and opened my private practice in 1986. My first dental assistant soon became my wife and we have two beautiful daughters and one perfect granddaughter. More to come, I hope.
I like to run the dental office at a slow pace, always have. I think that lends more to quality over quantity. It also gives the opportunity for me to evolve friendships with so many that started out as patients.
When I’m not here at the office, you’ll likely find me out hiking and camping, or maybe taking a kayak down the Llano River. Life is short, and that’s ok because I have eternity yet to go. My Father tells me so, and I believe Him.
Maggie
Dental Hygienist
I attended hygiene school in beautiful South Carolina where I graduated with a Registered Dental Hygienist License, a Dental Anesthetic License and a certificate in Nitrous Oxide (laughing gas). In 2016, I was recognized by Hu-Friedy with the Golden Scaler Award for outstanding dental skills. Since then, I have completed several courses in dentistry from simple cleanings, to dental forensics and in 2022 I received my certification for usage of Lasers in Dentistry.
My family and I relocated to Kingwood in 2019, since then I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Bozzo. I can honestly say I am impressed with how invested Dr. Bozzo is with his patients, not only with their dental care but also with their personal lives. He truly treats everyone like family!
During my time off I love to spend time with my husband and our two sons. I also enjoy traveling, learning new things, cooking healthy food and running half and full marathons.
Kristen
Dental Hygienist
I graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston’s Dental Hygiene program in 2006. I enjoy furthering my education and staying current on concepts and treatments that involve dental hygiene and dentistry. I believe that it is important to take a thorough look at a patient’s health and determine how it can affect their oral health and vice versa- what’s going on in a patient’s mouth that can affect their overall health.
I am very proud to work for a dentist who is genuine, ethical, kind, and does some of the most beautiful dentistry. This is why he is also my dentist and my family’s dentist.
I am married and have 2 children. When I’m not at work I am active in whatever my kids’ current hobbies are and getting outdoors as much as possible!
Rochell
Dental Assistant
I have been in the dental field for 18 years. I have worked both in the back alongside the dentist as well as in the front as a practice administrator. I will have to say my heart belongs in the back working chairside with patients. When I am not at work, I enjoy wine tasting, reading psychological thrillers or rom coms, and cooking for my family. Although cooking for my family has changed a little bit since my baby girl recently graduated from Texas A&M and moved to Virginia. My stepdaughter keeps me busy though with her two precious little girls that refer to me as their Fluffy.
Joy
Office Manager
After 10 years of being one of Dr. Bozzo's patients, I had the privilege to come to work for him in January of 2022. I love seeing the smiles on the patients' faces, and I thoroughly enjoy coming to work each day.
I earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Degree from Lamar University in 1994. I have worked in many different fields including the Henderson County District Attorney's Office and private Christian schools. When my children were young I spent my time as a stay at home mom.
My husband Troy and I have been residents of this area for more than two decades, and have enjoyed watching it grow. We have two adult children, our son, Jacob and his lovely wife Vanessa and our daughter Abi. We love spending time with them whenever our schedules permit.
During my time off, I enjoy serving at our church where I teach Women's Bible Studies. I also love spending time with family, and reading books.
Robin
Practice Coordinator
My dental career began in 1985. I worked as a dental assistant to pay for my college education. I met Dr. Bozzo in 1986 when I became his very first assistant. I graduated from college in 1990 with a degree in education. I taught kindergarten for 5 years in Humble ISD. Then I had two careers. I worked as a teacher during the school year and as a dental assistant during school breaks. Then God blessed me with a daughter named Miranda in 1995 and another daughter named Mason in 1998. So, my next career was raising my girls. After my girls left for college, I came back into the dental field where I worked as an assistant, receptionist, office manager, and wherever I was needed. So, you may see me at check out or chair side with Dr. Bozzo or you may even talk with me on the phone. When I am not at the office my biggest passion right now is my granddaughter and looking forward to another grandbaby soon. I love attending my church and doing women’s Bible studies. I also love traveling and spending time in the outdoors with my very best friend who also happens to have my same last name.
